Renew Wellbeing

An open space of welcome and inclusion to aid mental and emotional wellbeing. Part of Renew Wellbeing Cymru, and hosted by Golau Baptist Church, Renew Wellbeing @ Llanelli Goods Shed is a place where it's ok not to be ok.

This is a space where people can come to share hobbies and activities together, such as games, puzzles and crafting, while enjoying some light refreshments. It can also be a space where people can come to just relax, turn off from the wider world and chat. During this time we also have a quiet time of reflection and prayer, for those who want to join in. It's a space for whatever you want it to be, all while relaxing in the surroundings of the historic Llanelli Goods Shed.
